PIC32CM microcontrollers power up our R&D.

Innovation is at the heart of our work, particularly around low-power, battery-driven devices. Microchip's PIC32CM range combines industry-leading efficiency with a capable 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ core, making it an excellent fit for wearables, industrial sensors and connected products.

Why PIC32CM?

Multiple sleep modes allow power use to be tuned to each application, extending product life and reducing charging cycles. At up to 48 MHz, the core also provides useful processing headroom without sacrificing efficiency.

Freedom of design

Integrated switching and low-dropout regulator options give our engineers flexibility in power management. That can mean fewer external components, a simpler development path, and smaller, more cost-effective products.

Looking ahead

Our early work with the range has been highly positive. Its low-power operation, processing capability and integrated power management make PIC32CM a strong platform for the next generation of battery-driven devices.
